These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnySigns website (www.anysigns.ie) and the signage services provided by AnySigns ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AnySigns provides signage design, manufacturing, and installation services including but not limited to: vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, shop front signage, safety signage, plant and machinery branding, and custom signage solutions.

All work is carried out to the best of our professional ability using high-quality materials. Specific details of each project, including scope, materials, timelines, and pricing, will be agreed upon before work commences.

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in Euro and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial quote is provided.
• A deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount will be specified on your quote or invoice.

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012.
• Ownership of all signage materials and products remains with AnySigns until full payment has been received.

• Design proofs will be provided for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to check all details including spelling, colours, and layout.
• Once a design is approved by you, we are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
• Artwork files provided by you must be of suitable quality and resolution. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files.
• Any logos, images, or content you provide must be owned by you or properly licensed. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all materials supplied.

• Vehicles or surfaces must be clean and free from damage, rust, or loose paint before installation. We may refuse to install on surfaces we deem unsuitable.
• We are not responsible for damage to underlying paint or surfaces during or after removal of signage, particularly on older or repainted vehicles.
• Installation times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, surface condition, and complexity.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our standard warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, pressure washing directly on vinyl edges, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims must be reported to us as soon as the issue is noticed.

• You may cancel an order before production has commenced. In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded minus any design costs already incurred.
• Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be liable for materials and labour costs already incurred.
• Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

All original designs, artwork, and creative work produced by AnySigns remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a licence to use the completed signage for its intended purpose.

The content, layout, and design of our website are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

• The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the website content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to photograph completed signage projects and use these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials as part of our portfolio. If you do not wish your project to be featured, please inform us before installation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
